A stylish additional with traditional overtones galore! A luxurious home that is sustainable and charming at the same time? It’s hard to find but we have it for you folks. Actually Dallas-based architect Tom Reisenbichler got it for you.
The generous use of glass has been attributed to the lush green surroundings and how the clients asked for a design that offers gorgeous views of this natural terrain. The most interesting and appealing aspect of the home though is the stunning spiral staircase at the heart of the structure which just seems to enrich the look of the interiors several fold along with the dazzling chandeliers.
Designed by architect Maya Rosenberg the home employs an extensive (and expensive) yet ergonomic use of glass which ensures that the interiors stay connected with the gorgeous garden the lavish pool and a spacious patio promising for a wonderful evening no matter the season.
The entire upper floor is laced in lavishness and is sensibly adorned with floor to ceiling glass windows so as to disturb the existing privacy. Tables that have been carved out of stone and décor that is both refreshing and yet easy on the eyes with neutral shades complete the interiors.
The new structure was designed to go along with the already historic cottage that was in place on the sheep farm and will serve as a great facility to the shearers and those visiting the place on weekends to escape the rush of the city life.
